FILM FESTIVAL OPENING TRAILER
ROLE: CONCEPT & CO-DIRECTION

We were commissioned to create a teaser for the 43rd edition of the Festival du nouveau Cinema in Montréal. and present the poster of the festival.
I had the opportunity to create the concept and storyboard and to direct the project with Mathieu Tremblay at Ottoblix studio. Based on the sensuality of the painting “Lovers” by Jarek Puczel, we wanted to create a sensory video using the manipulation of different textures, playing with their consistency to create an organic feeling. The discovery of the poster is ephemeral, it happens in camera when the focus changes and it goes away, like the magic of cinema.
